Q. As a buyer why should I have a Realtor,
can’t I just shop around on my own, looking at signs and ads?
A. It is just plain inefficient to try and work on your own.
You will spend an awful lot of time calling on signs that are out
of your price range or already in escrow. Most of the real estate
magazine ads are out of date once they are published. Buyers do
not have the resources that Shelly does. Shelly has an up to the
minute database of all listed properties by all of the real estate
offices in the area. She can narrow your search down to what will
work for you within minutes!
*Ask Shelly to do a custom property search for you! Let her
know what your criteria is (price range, size, topography, area,
acreage etc) and she can e-mail, mail or fax the results to you.
Shelly will thoroughly search all listings of all real estate offices
for the results. You need to beware of Realtors that only show you
their own office listings; they are not looking out for your best
interest!

A. Shelly serves the mountain communities of Oakhurst, Bass

Q. What exactly will Shelly do for me?
A. She will assist you in locating the home or land that
fits your needs. When it is time to write the offer Shelly can explain
the contract, advise you of your rights and timelines, advise you
on loan qualification, assist in negotiating the contract, and guide
you through the sometimes complicated escrow process. Plus be there

Q. Wow, she does a lot for a buyer, how much
will it cost me to work with Shelly?
A. Most often the commission to the Realtor is paid by the
seller so there is no cost to the buyer for Shelly’s services.
