Q. Does it really matter which agent I list
my property with?
A. Yes! Different agents offer different level of experience, service,
and marketing plans for your property. She is an agent who will
be “working” for you to get your property sold! This
means providing service beyond just inputting the listing into the
MLS.
Q. Does Shelly accept every listing that
is offered to her?
A. No. If in Shelly’s professional opinion the price is not
realistic for the market or for an appropriate timeline, she has
been known to refuse the listing. Shelly does not want to waste
anyone’s time with an “Overpriced Turkey.”

property and prepare a custom comparative market analysis for you.
This report compares your property to similar properties that have
recently sold and are currently listed. This will provide you with
a comprehensive report on the comparable properties, days on the
market, listed vs. sold price, and what you may expect your property
